1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/message.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking details update via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume sales seasons, holidays, or unexpected weather disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website Leopards.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Our team may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch.

• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct to prevent delivery delays.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

• Delays: If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your Order ID so we can inspect the issue with the courier service.

• Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the parcel immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
