Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at primehunt.pk. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order Number) is required to process your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with details and photos/videos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or through Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

Shipping Charges

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
